Operator terms

Placeholder — the full agreement is being finalised. The commercial points every operator agrees to are already fixed:

Seller: you are the seller and merchant of record. Payments are taken on your own Stripe account.
Commission: 10% of the ticket price, deducted as a Stripe application fee at the moment of payment. No listing, monthly or minimum fees.
Payout: Stripe's standard schedule for your country, to your bank.
Cancellation: guests may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the start. Weather or safety cancellations by you are refunded in full and carry no commission.
Refunds: a full refund to the guest refunds our commission in full; partial refunds refund it proportionally.
Ranking: by availability, rating, cancellation rate and relevance. Placement cannot be bought.
Requirements: registered company in SE/NO/FI, valid liability insurance and permits, your own photos.
Data: guest contact details are shared with you for fulfilling the booking; both parties are independent controllers under GDPR.
Term: either party can end the listing with 30 days' notice; confirmed bookings are honoured.
